I have been going to this place for over 20 years and always have had good service and equipment. I was contacted by the owner to write a comment about the review below tina48 because I was there. If you notice there is a comment about the review but I can only write less than 500 characters in the comment, and it does not do it justice. so I am writing a review about the review below. I was contacted because I was 1 or 3 customers on Saturday 5/21/11 and all customers were men. I noticed a man yelling and screaming at an employee behind the counter. I was a little upset with the man yelling, he was very disrespectful to the employee. The employee handled it very well and was very professional about it. The man which is obvious Tina48 continued to yell and scream at the employee. The employee told him very kindly to leave. Tina48 then threaten to jump over the counter and beat him up. The employee then called the police and the police then escorted the ""young man"" tina48 off the property. I witness the entire scene. Whoever Tina48 shouldn't be writing a bad review about handy tool rental he should be writing about himself. Personally if I was the employee, I would have punched his lights out. Now you know the true story.
