Review content:
I decided to go to Thoma & Sutton because they take my insurance, but I doubt I'll be going back - at least to the downtown location. The customer service people aren't very friendly - not exactly rude, but not very nice either. They behaved as though they didn't care whether I was a customer or not. To top that off, I ordered a pair of prescription glasses and was told it would take up to 7 business days. I was informed after calling twice after 8 business days that the lab had broken the lenses and they had to be re-ordered from the manufacturer, re-cut at the lab (which is only in Northern Kentucky), and then sent downtown. I was also told that my glasses won't be here until SEVENTEEN DAYS (twelve business days) after I ordered them. They did nothing to address my frustration and dissatisfaction. They did not even inform me of the delay until after I made several inquiries. I am only giving them 2 stars because I thought the doctor I saw, Dr. Howell, was nice.
Pros: friendly doctor
Cons: terrible customer service, below average selection
