I do not quite understand the positive reviews. These could be bogus reviews coming from the owners and the workers of the restaurant themselves. My story is that my wife and I went to Monterey several months ago and we happened to stop by this restaurant called Happy Dragon. We ordered fried rice and some seafood dish. Both dishes smelled. The meat in the fried rice looked like a leftover and I could say the same about the rice. The seafood smelled pretty bad. This is the worst Chinese food I have ever tasted in my life. This is a tourist trap. Please do not waste your money and try to save your stomach. EATERS BEWARE!!!
