Review content:
We decided to moved to Tampa after visiting a couple of times. We got a referral from our Realtor back in KY, she mentioned Lance Williams, after our first phone call we had a great feeling about our new Realtor!
Buying a house in a city that you don't know very well could be a challenge. We were very demanding about our ""Wish List"". We used to receive emails with options from Lance and we did a lot of independent research as well.
Actually the house we bought we loved since the first time we visited (Lance found it for us) but we thought we couldn't afford it! After a couple weeks, Lance got back with a great deal for the house and in less than 2 months we moved in to our new home!
We were overwhelmed in the beginning, I can say for sure that having Lance as our Realtor made the whole process way more easy and actually fun ;)
I will recommend him for my friends and family, as I did it already to my in laws that were trying to find they retirement spot here in Tampa.
