The monthly rental is one of the lowest in town. However, the service, maintenance, office personnel is extremely poor. My apartment had a water leak that was not repaired for 2 months. The office staff is not easy to work with. There focus is not on maintaining long term leases. There attitude is "" If you do not like it at Polo Club go some place else. We can find another naive person to rent from us.""\r

If you chose to live at the Polo Club you will move out after your 1st year. On move out day make sure to receive in writing that you have a zero balance. I had a clean move out inspection and was told my balance was $0.00. Two weeks later I received a bill from Polo Club stating I had a balance due. \r

Renter beware.\r

Cons: They re-coup the low cost with poor service, and collection of fines
