OMG! Had to laugh when I read a previous reviewers take on this place, the THOUSAND OAKS MEAT LOCKER, when she said that she was surprised they hadn't been closed down because the guys don't ""wear gloves"" among other things! Can you imagine these poor guys BBQ over those HOT CAN PITS WITH MELTING PLASTIC GLOVES? Honey, this here's BBQ! whatever ""bacteria"" that may be lurking, burns itself a nice quick death once it hits the heat of that BBQ PIT! LOL! I've been eating this food for over thirty years and never have even gotten a bellyache, okay I lied, but the bellyache wasn't caused by no bacteria! It's cause I ATE TOO MUCH GOOD BBQ! And I'm not talking about their jerky, you can have their jerky, I'm sure it's very good, but I'll take me some of that moist, yummy, flavorful, TRI-TIP, throw it on a big soft French roll, and maybe some of that yummy Cole slaw too and I'm good to go! Then I think I'll go sit my skinny ass on one of those rickety picnic benches Kika (Kika? That sounds awfully vegetarian too me!) spoke so HIGHLY of, and DIG IN! YUMMMY!
