Moving to Fountain Square Apartments was a terrible decision. The complex was sold in May of 2007 and quickly became a DUMP. \r \r Our two pools have things living in them (large tadpoles)...we're thinking we'll be able to use them for fishing out of in about a month. They are a beautiful dark green/black (ZERO visibility), and have been for over two months - the PCHealthD actually shut them down. Nothing is being done to remediate the problem. No pool company. No pool maintenance at all.\r \r We also have new exterior decorations. I guess instead of fixing the Central Heat/Air Unit, Fountain Square has decided to give residents Air Conditioning Window Units. There?s about 10 (out of 120) apartments with these new window fixtures.\r \r We have not received a reduction in our rent rates; we haven't received much of anything. The LAST thing anyone wants to do is live here. Pros: Good Area Cons: No useable pools.
