I usually dont review things online, but since the reason I chose to go to SBBW was the other good user reviews, I decided I should add my 2 cents. I was not impressed with anything at SBBW. The Saturday receptionist was extremely rude and unfriendly. Personally, I think that is the last thing you need when youre about to bear your privates to a stranger. The bikini wax I had was not great either. I must say it was not all that painful, but it was also far from thorough. 1) I still have hair left that I will have to remove myself. 2) She did not trim the remaining hair at all. 3) She did not use any lotion, cream, gel to prevent irritation. i just think that these are simple things that you should offer when the name of your salon implies that you specialize in the city's body waxing. The price seemed reasonable, but you get what you pay for (if even).\r
