I would never shop at Spires! The owner is RUDE as all get out and speaks to the customers in a fowl fashion and lacks customer service...bought vera Bradley there and the strap broke and when I came by to exchange it, with her knowledge because we had been emailing about it, she was nasty as hell. I'm really hurt by her behavior but in the long run her pockets will be hurting when her store closes.
