I went in for an oil change and mentioned that my brakes seemed to be sticking. They said they would check the problem out. They called and said they would need to keep the car overnight and that I could pick it up in the morning. The next morning they called about the time I was supposed to pick up the car and said they had discovered another problem. I was lead to believe that this was included in the cost they had already quoted me for the new brake pads. When I went to pick up my car that afternoon I had to wait another hour and a half. When I got the final bill it was close to $2500.00! The extra work they quoted me was also an extra charge. THE most expensive ""oil change"" ever! I am never going back. After reading these other reviews, I feel vindicated. Obviously I am not the only one who had been scammed by these rip off artists.
