I was contacted by Cellcom-One about updating my cellular service to new phones and better rate plans. At first I was not sure they would be able to deliver everything they promised, but much to my surprise, everything was exactly as promised.
They took our Verizon cellular numbers and got them working on my new phones, transfered all my contact information from our old equipment and copied them to the new phones. Credits were promised, they appeared just as promised around 2 months after I got the service. I also actually got my mail-in rebates! Something I never got from any other cellular company.
This company was great, I would highly recommend them to anyone!
