I called to make an appointment. I have a 100 yr. old house, with a stone chimney. My roof leaks around the chimney. Nobody that I've called seems to have dealt with this type of roof/chimney before. A local builder that just completed an addition for me, suggested I call Hackensack Roofing. After putting me on and off hold, she only wanted my address. She said that someone would be by, and that she couldn't make an appointment for me to meet with someone since they were too busy. \r
I called my local builder who recommended them, and told him of the experience. I doubt Hackensack roofing will be receiving any more referrals from him!
