This company should be ashamed and embaressed to call themselves a roofing company!!!! ""Best in Roofing"" What a joke!! My mom had them put a brand new roof on and has leaked since. She called them several times and asked to meet with a rep to show them the water damage inside her kitchen and bedroom. Blew her off and then sent workers there while she was at work to ""fix"" the problem. She did not authorize the work to be done. They then had the nerve to send her an $800 bill on top of the thousands she spent for a NEW roof!!! The leak is now so bad that w/ the past storm her bed was soaked in her room!! No one should have to live like this!! We reported the issue to the homeowners insurance and and they will be going after Hackensack Roofing!!! Roof has already been inspected and the work is shotty!!! When confronted we were told on the phone that ""my mom was liar and that he would come tell her that to her face!! SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! Please please do not ever us these people!!!
