We stayed here on 7/6/2011 when we arrived noone was at the front desk, stood their for 10 minutes and trying to get someone attention finally called from the lobby and you hear someone get up from a chair so that person was sleeping on the job, we ask for a smoking room and she re insure us it was a smoking room, we went up to the room it smelled like smoke but their wasnt any ashtrays so I call the front desk again to make sure it was a smoking room and again she said it was a smoking room and we had nuthing to worry about, in the morning when checking out to get our deposit,,then went up and check out the room and said it wasnt a smoking room, after we were told many times it was, the manger was rude and she wouldnt give us are deposit back when it was their mistake threaten to call police ...the bed blankets and bed cover had cigs holes in many places we noticed when we check in so yea they rip us off for a mistake they made...I WILL NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN, POOR MANAGEMENT AND SLEEPING EMPLOYEE THAT DON'T HAVE A CLUE WHAT THEIR DOING...WILL BE REPORTING IT THE BETTER BUSINESS BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU...
