I was apprehensive when getting a consultation with Dr. Smith because there were no other reviews of his practice on CitySearch. My consultation, however, relieved any concerns I had about his practice. Dr. Smith's office is very professional and his staff are all kind and welcoming, especially Patricia, his excellent office manager. They have a lot of state-of-the-art imaging technology to get the best possible idea of each patient's teeth.
As a college student, I was very against the idea of getting braces. Dr. Smith informed me very professionally that although in his opinion braces would work best, invisalign was also an option to correct the crookedness in my teeth. The prices he quoted were lower than the other orthodontist I saw, and I chose to get invisalign with Dr. Smith.
A little more than a year later, and I couldn't be happier with both the state of my teeth and the excellent care I have received from Dr. Smith and his people. I went from never smiling in photos to brightly showing my teeth and receiving many compliments on them - only a few people have noticed the retainers in the past year. Dr. Smith is friendly and very capable, and I would recommend his care to anyone in the Triangle area.
