Review content:
I first used Apparatus Air a few years ago to put a new air conditioner in my home. I've continued to use them for service ever since, as they are very pleasant to work with. I've recommend them several times, and just last week they put in a new unit for my mother, as well.
Apparatus is an honest company. When they were first investigating my mother's unit, and helping me to determine if it needed to be replaced, they didn't charge at all for the visit. They just considered it part of the price of performing the replacement, which I thought was great. To give another example, I recently experienced a power surge, and was worried my unit was malfunctioning. By the time Apparatus arrived, everything was up and running again, but they checked it out just to be sure and didn't charge me a dime.
Apparatus seem to be available all the time, and will work evenings or other less-convenient times to keep their customers happy. They show up on time, are presentable and nice, and always stick to their initial price. I am satisfied with their service, and will continue to use them.
