To Precision Tune management:
How about my wife taking our Toyota Sienna to your shop on August 16, 2011?referred by Costco--to fix a broken lug nut on the rear left wheel? My wife drove the van there safely without any problem. After the job was done, my wife drove home (with the kids) and she experienced a lot of problems including the rear left wheel making loud noise while driving, and the van hardly moving at times. I had to go home (from work) early to test it. While driving, the rear left wheel making loud noise. Sometimes, I stopped at Stop signs and can hardly move forward and it made very loud noise; I had to change to R (reverse) in order to move forward. It was very unethical that you guys put a lot of risk on my wife and kids. I had to drive it to Toyota Poway to get it fixed.
