Review content:
I'm sure these guys have done better with some people since they were recommended to me. They just didn't work out well for us.
They came to fix a leak in our roof. Seemed fine, but a few months later I called when the same leak returned. I was told that the guy was going hunting and that I should call back next week.
I'm no expert in business, but they didn't even take contact info or suggest someone else.
We were gone for 2 weeks, so I called again the next month with a similar result.
I was getting sick of them, but really think they need to finish the job they started.
I do realize that they have been very swamped with too much work, but i still think that based on principle, you should guarantee your work.
I finally got someone to take my info and thought it would go better. But no, another blow-off. So I asked for a refund. Then they texted back saying, ""I was confused about who you were"" . They called and made an appointment to come check it out.
Of course, they didn't show up or contact me to let me know why.
I called again, and the guy just got mad and won't do business with me.
I would not recommend them to anyone. I just don't see how you can have a business if you don't guarantee your work, don't even take down people's information, and don't keep your appointments without even trying to contact the customer.
