Review content:
I have always come back to this cute little neighborhood restaurant time and time again and they never disappoint. The owner who does it all (host, serves, and busses tables) still manages to find time to walk and talk to every table in the building giving each dine in experience a personal touch. The rest of the staff is also very friendly and I must give a small shout out to our waiter who not only kept my coffee cup full the entire time we were there but was pretty darn cute too.
We did have to wait about 20 minutes for our food but it was well worth the wait. I ordered the eggs ""Benny"" (Benedict) and i have never tasted such a savory Hollandaise sauce. It just so happened to be the girlfriends birthday that i was with and just with one mention of that around our server we were given complimentary Cheese Blintz which were incredible and the presentation of them was stunning, almost made me not want to eat it! But one bite in and those crepes did not stand a chance.
Eggs in the City is a must for those seeking a nice brunch and great service!
