Review content:
I have been a Ballys member for over 3 years and I live closest to this facility, however I always have to drive atleast a half hour out of the way to the Willowgrove center, Center City center or Aramingo center. \r \r The staff are not welcoming, the center does not appear clean and run out of paper towels often. The machines are very often out of order for long periods of time, One of the sinks in the bathroom has not worked properly for over a year, The sauna is never a hot enough temperature, The Bathroom does not offer toilet covers, and The set up of the gyn overall is not very comfortable. Willow grove is just the opposite so I often drive the extra distance just to be as relaxed as possible while working out. The atmosphere is okay but people often hover over equipment talking on cell phones or gathering around equipment to converse, which gives off an uncomfortable feeling, especially when your waiting to use a piece of equipment..\r \r Pros: Close to Mt. Airy Cons: Everything else
