Review content:
Lets be honest with ourselves... Famous Daves is famous in cities without good BBQ. I doubt they will survive in Kansas City where BBQ is the only thing that puts us on the map. Daves brisket tastes like beef jerky... the ribs taste like pork chops...and the beans are straight up Van Camps with sausage chunks. If it was cheaper...maybe it would be acceptable...but for two of us it was 40 bucks and it was not even as good as applebees all you can eat riblets night. also...BBQ is BBQ. Cajun chicken sandwich is not. The decor was nice, but I care more about the taste than the wall nic-nacs.
Pros: The meat was cooked to temp
Cons: price, taste, misuse of the term BBQ
