Businiess name:  Capital Grille

Review content:
I have never the steaks at the upscale steak houses were any better than you could make on your grill. You hear me Ruth?s Chris, adding butter doesn't make your steak that much better. But the Capital Grille charged my mind. The steak was cooked to perfection (assuming you know what medium rare really looks like) and so very tender. Likewise our steak tartare appetizer was just as favorable, well seasoned yet not so much as to hide the true flavor of the beef.\r \r In addition to the terrific steaks, the service is the best I have ever encountered. No attitude from the staff-just smiles and an ""aim to please"" attitude. When you make reservations, they will ask you if it is a special occasion. If so, your table will be decorated accordingly. In addition to a hand written anniversary card at the table when we arrived, our waiter sent us a thank you card a few days latter. This was also hand written and even made a joke relating to our conversation that evening. I have nothing bad to say-although it is pricy, but well worth it.
