I am so sorry to say, but this company tried to charge me for something they couldn't fix. I asked for an estimate on springs and they sent someone out to fix my door. They tried to charge me $300.00 for 1 Spring and $500.00 for the set. I didn't want to pay that much, in comparison to the other companies for only $198 (For the Set), and they still charged me over $100.00 just for comming out to my house.
Pros: The lady who answered the phone, I belive her name was Doreen, was a sweat-heart, but the repair man was like an uneducated kid. Only he was 24 years old.
Cons: I would never go with this company... They are way too expensive and if you don't buy from them, they will charge you anyway
