Review content:
I took a pair of sandals to be repaired and was told that they would be ready in a week. I attempted to pick up my shoes a few days after they were supposed to be ready only to find the shop closed with a sign indicating that this was due to jury duty. I tried again a few days later (now a full week from when the shoes were promised). Not only were my shoes not ready but when I asked why they were not yet done, I got a shrug (literally) and the statement ""I went on vacation, they didn't get done"". When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the response was ""I'm human...I took a vacation, so what"". Realizing further conversation was futile, I then asked that I be called when the shoes were done since I had already made two wasted trips. To date, I'm still waiting for that call...almost three weeks after I left the shoes to be repaired. I'm not sure that I will ever get my shoes back from these people. Horrible experience, abysmal service...avoid at all costs!
