I have been training with Xcel Sport and Fitness for about a year now. Cyndi and her staff are top notch, the knoledge and understanding of fitness and training are far above the other gyms I have been too. Cyndi trains with a intent that has allowed me to far surpass my personal goals. I would highly recomend the personal service you recieve at Xcel.
