If I could give them zero stars, I would. Purchased a dress from them which was immediately moved to the back of the store until alteration. The dress was 'off the rack', so no special order. Unfortunately my fiance and I broke off the engagement. Upon returning to request a refund, I was told that is not their policy. Specifically because dresses of these kind are special order, tailored, altered, etc., or the fear they may be worn once and then returned. The dress we purchased was off the rack - not special ordered and never altered. It never left their store so it could never have been worn! Things happen, and stores like this, when possible, should accommodate their customers as much as possible. I would understand if the dress had left the store or was altered in any way, but it had not. We'll see what the BBB and Secretary of State have to say about this matter...
