Review content:
We were very impressed with Scott from Marble Man, at first. He seemed very knowledgable and easy to work with. After getting a good estimate we scheduled a time to select the slap we wanted, all still good. We scheduled a time for them to come do the demo and make templates, this is when the trouble began. After waiting all day for the demo team, the template maker showed up and we found out the demo team was stuck on the freeway so decided not to come, but no one ever called us. Then the template guy did not have the stuff to make the template, so he was just going to measure it. I told him I actually wanted templates made so the stone was cut correctly. So he and Scott came back the next day to do the templates. That is when everything fell apart. \r \r They made the templates and we scheduled the install. The installers did not show up until late in the afternoon, about 4. Over the next week they came 5 times trying to finish a small job of 3 bathroom counters. They brought out broken pieces and tried to pass them off with a repair job, but I would not accept the broken pieces. They returned a couple days later with the same pieces repaired and tried to tell me they new pieces they had cut. I showed them pictures of the broken piece and the new piece were the same and they then left to cut new section. Then I noticed a piece they installed, which was broken and they tried a very bad repair job that was very noticeable. The installers told me they would be back and then told Scott I would not be there, so no one came. One of the pieces looks like someone spray painted something over the marble and got over spray on it which will not come out. After all was said and done I noticed the largest piece was also broken and a repair was done on it as well. Many of the sections turned out to be broken or chipped with so-so repairs made on them.\r \r Inclusion Marble Man had very good prices, but I guess you get what you pay for. We now have three bathrooms with broken marble installed by a team of installers you can not trust and questionable workmanship. Scott never even offered to compensate us for the many many problems we had with the whole job which should have been one day, but took almost two weeks.\r
