Review content:
This office has the practice of overcharging up front for services, and then refusing to issue you a credit when your insurance later covers the procedure. When we called to request the credit after the insurance covered 80% of the procedure, they came up with new ""charges"" to our acct. that never appeared on our bill and now they said we were responsible for those charges because they never submitted them to the insurance. Oh, and now it is too late to get coverage from the insurance since the charges were from 10 mos. ago, so now they are saying we owe them money. Unbelievable! Very unprofessional and downright rude. There are too many other good dentists in Frisco, go there, DO NOT trust this office with your hard earned money! < Hide
