I went in to this location to cash my check Maribel was extremely rude no customer service skills and she is supposed to be the manager. She was rude, insulted and raised her voice many times. People with out patience should not be working there. When I asked for corporate contact information she gave me her business card. I contacted BBB to complaint but they are not members , called corporate they never returned my phone call.Every business has to remember if it was not for customers you would not have a paycheck. The only reason I give this place one star is because Maribel store manager agreed next time she will have more patients with customers as myself. I know how it is with customer service because I work in the field, no matter how angry my customer is I would not degrade them like she did to me. I felt very disrespected.
