This mangement company definatley follows the rules. Although as a homeowner I someitmes never wanted to admit my faults horizonz worked with me t make me understand the rules. Becasue rules and regulation were set it made me understand more and realize those expectations and rules are there for a reason. Key thing is rules work. It may not seem to be in my favor, but in the end it really is. Thanks Horizonz For Doing What You Do!!!!
