Unfortuantely, Horizonz was selected as the property management company for my subdivision. I have never experienced such horrible service from any company. Trying to communicate with anyone with Horizonz is a task. It takes days for phone calls or even emails to get returned - if at all. They do not enforce any covenants of the community and blame homeowners for this. Letters, emails and flyers are always horribly written and full of errors. They always claim to be working for the homeowners but consistently provide rude answers and treatment. When asked about financial discrepancies or reasons for lack of service and management of the property, they get defensive, blame others or simply don't respond at all. The owners of the company have even yelled at homeowners in a meeting when they were being questioned about various (valid) concerns of the community. There is nothing positive to say about this company. They don't manage the property or even understand the concept of decent customer service. Pros: ABSOLUTELY NONE!! Cons: Too many to name. There is nothing good about Horizonz Property
