All I can say is they are incompetent! I'm a current homeowner where Horizonz Property Management is the property management company. They never, ever enforce the covenents but they are quick to send homeowners bogus violation notices. I've received 2 bogus violation notices from Horizonz. When you call them about the bogus violation notices, they'll tell you they need the assistance of the homeowner so they don't send the violation notice. What kind of fragglenackle statement is that? Horizonz has informed our water billing company to charge homeowners an estimated amount of water usage instead of the actual amount of water usage even though we have water meters. Once again, all I can say is Horizonz Property Management is incompetent!!
