Review content:
Tuchman Cleaners in Brownsburg doesn't do their own dry cleaning. They send it off to a central location that might or might not do a good job. In my case they didn't do a good job. A pair of pants I brought in came back first with additional stains so had to be sent back. The second time the hard water stain thatt I had brought them in for was stuck in and when I took them to the Tuchman's in Avon she said that they should have spot cleaned them first instead of just running them through. Brought them back to Brownsburg and the district manager tried to use special chemicals and still couldn't get them out. Now they won't reimburse me or anything saying that it's my fault that they didn't wash the pants correctly. My advice go to a cleaner that does all of their cleaning in house.
