Yeah real nice people when you are purchasing their product but after you purchase and have issues with their product, they don't want to talk to you. I received a rear bumper that looked to be made in someones garage. It didn't line up, had to cut some of my body to get it t fit and found out later from a local shop that it was built at an angle which caused all my issues. RRO stated that my rig was tweaked. Never has my rig been off road and was purchased new. I wanted to ship it back and they stated I had to pay for shipping until they can determine it was their fault... It was clearly their fault as the angles were way off. They quit responding to my emails.
