Review content:
Great facility, good program format. Most programs, schedules and employees are unorganized but nice and work well with the children. The field is a better surface than the other local fields.\r
\r
ABSOLUTLEY THE WORST MANAGER AND MANAGEMENT I HAVE WITNESSED.\r
\r
THE MANAGER IS CONFRONTATIONAL, RUDE AND WITH NO ABILITY TO HANDLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUES. SHE MADE A MISTAKE AND THAN TRIED TO BLAME THE GROUP OF US. \r
\r
SHE TREATED A GROUP OF US PARENTS SO POORLY WE ARE REMOVING OUR CHILDREN FROM THE FACILITIES PROGRAMS. WE HAD BEEN GOING ALL YEAR LONG, FOR THE PAST 3 YEARS.\r
Pros: FACILITIES, CLASSES
Cons: MANAGEMENT, POORLY ORGANIZED
