Review content:
We have been using Alhambra Auto Kraft for the last 10 years for all our car repairs. We were first introduced to them by 21st Century because they were on their preferred list. With having two young teenage boys driving, we have used them a lot. We have probably used them more than the normal customer, and we laugh because we have had 2 cars in there in the last 2 months.
They are convenient, because they are just a few blocks north of us. We continue to use them because of their service and reputation. We have never had a problem. Last time another car hit us, and we had to take the car back to them because the muffler was loose, but that was the first time we have ever had to go back after something was fixed.
They are a family owned business, and they are truly genuine in what they tell their customers and what they do. Sometimes the timing is a little off, like the car might be done a week later, but the car is going to come out perfect. I don't want to have to take the car back because of a rushed job, so if it takes a little longer but it is perfect, that is important to me. They are also very involved in the city, with both the Chamber of Commerce and charities. That says a lot about them.
