Great food, great atmosphere. Located just off of RT31 in Flemington, Viva Mexico is a great local eatery with authentic Mexican cuisine. We visited on April 21st. We started with the nachos (with beef added), which were some of the best we've ever had. High quality meat and fresh ingredients really make a difference. We had the beef chimichanga for dinner, which was also delicious. The meat was very tender and not dry at all. The food here is more authentic than you find at the bigger chain stores such as Chevy's, but there's still something for everyone on the menu. The portions are smaller, but certainly enough. The atmosphere is great too - it's small and quaint, and obviously locally run. The staff there were great. We highly recommend Viva Mexico.
