I have been taking my pet(s)to this Veterinary Clinic for over 18 years. I really like Dr. Walker and the other Veterinarians there. The past year or two, however, they have become later and later with seeing me past our appointment times. No one lets you know that they are running late, let alone apologize for running late. I work in an Emergency Room, so I know there are valid reasons a caregiver can run late for an appointment, but AS A BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE, I at least visit the waiting patient every so often and apologize for the wait. The older, blond haired receptionist that is at the front desk of this office is rude, uninformative and unfriendly. I will regretfully not be going back there, solely because of their poor customer service.
