Recently I took my fairly new laptop to Geek Squad to have a nasty virus removed and was entirely displeased with the service I'd recieved.\r

Like I said, my laptop was fairly new, in great condition with no previous problems.\r
I let my teenage son use it for a ""homework assignment"" which somehow ended up with this horrible bug.\r
Anyways, I took it to Geek Squad simply because I'd heard of them, they're a big company and appeared to be reptuable.\r

The charge for the virus removal was $200 - Of course never having had a problem with my computer before I didnt know I was paying A LOT for the fix.\r

It took these guys forever to fix my computer. Snotty attitudes when i inquired about when it'd be finished and the end result? I GOT MY COMPUTER BACK THE SAME AS ID TAKEN IT IN!\r

Looking at reviews after the fact, I found Secure Remote Support and they fixed my computer for a fraction of what Geek Squad demanded and FIXED the problem. \r
The guys at secureremotesupport(dot)com were awesome.\r
This company focused on quality work and excellent customer service. \r
I'll reccomend them to anyone from here on out!
