Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, located at 5336 Taylormill Rd, Covington, Ky. is the most unprofessional and disrespectful organization I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I guess they feel they can treat you anyway they want because it is not like you can move your family members out of there once they ar...e buried there. Just a little FYI don't deal with these people, they are uncaring and unprofessional. Be advised that if you do have loved buried there and wish to purchase any accessories such as monuments, markers, or vases you can purchase them from other dealers who are more respectful, profesional, and do not charge as much for the same exact products from the same exact manufacturer. After the way they treated me I looked else where, and found the same exact item at a 26% savings
