I would definitely not recommend this place only because the owner is a complete jerk. I just had a free session with a great personal trainer (Andy, she really was motivating and great so I feel bad that I have to give such a poor review because of her boss)
This guy Steve Gagliardo takes me into his office after my workout to try to get me to buy, when I don't immediately ask how to sign up he's got really frustrated with me and asked why I even came in. Well I'll tell you, it was a free session, my only goal coming in was to check the place out and get a free session. Let me tell you, if you want people to try you out, you should expect people like me! I'm not rich but I'm a sucker and I've been talked into thousand dollar PT packages in the past so it's not like I wouldn't buy if he didn't give me a good reason.
Well the owner made me feel like a little kid getting scolded. I was told that I wasted his time and I got so frustrated! Who is this loser trying to tell me that I wasted his time? I don't need a lecture, chief, I got it. You don't like me. But if you're so concerned about your time then you should have shook my hand and let me walk out there with my head held high. Instead I cut him off mid-scolding and walked out.
WHAT A JERK!
