I went in looking for a small, pendant sized frame with nothing in the center, so I could add my own picture. I even had an example of what I meant. I asked two different clerks who both told me it *might* be in one of 3 different isles and 2 displays. I work in retail and that's why I looked for myself for about 30mins before asking for help. Hey ladies, trouble shooting for customers is part of the game. I also get that the store is packed full of tiny little items, all by different vendors...but, give me a break....""uhhh, if we had it check these 3, double sided isles and 4 sided displays. . . ."" Not very helpful. And I never found what I needed, so I'm really thrilled I drove 45mins to visit your store. Next time I will go online instead of waste my time at this location.
