Hands down the best quality sushi in town - we'll be back for sure! Not that the others are bad - there's nights when we do enjoy the other usual suspects (Sushi Den, Sasa, etc.). Though Japon may not be as trendy/romantic as some others (though the water walls behind the bar are cool), the quality/freshness of the sushi is second to none! If you're looking for the highest sushi experience, Japon is it!
