Review content:
Japon is great, if only they would get your order correct. Because of this I have stopped going to Japon.
They have a roll, New Orleans, that on the menu says it comes with fresh sliced ginger and lemon. Yet, even when asked repeatedly, the sushi chefs refuse to put ginger and lemon in my New Orleans rolls. Even after talking with the manager, they still got my order wrong. Ingrediants they list on the menu are not in the roll.
That blows my mind and to me equals horrible service and no need to go there anymore. Besides Sushi Den will make any roll you ask for and they are fresher.
Pros: Unique dishes, New Orleans Roll, Fun
Cons: Bad Customer Service, Small, Bad management
