There is nothing compared to this workout. It's all about getting in shape. The instructors are completely motivating and the music keeps you moving through the workout. I've been a member for a couple of months now and I find myself getting excited at work about the fact that I'm going to take a class. Increasingly I find my co-workers easier to deal with. I'm striking a heavy bag, so I no longer fantasize about hitting my boss! The best part is there's no macho nuts or fighters yelling at you. I tried a class a boxing gym and the burnout ex-fighter must have been living in the glory days or something. Anyways, the instructors are guys and girls and they keep you super motivated for the whole workout. They actually make you want to push yourself. Pros: Motivating, Effective, Cheap Cons: Not Sure
