Review content:
I'm so glad that this was my SECOND place to try on dresses. If this had been my first experience, I'd be terrified to try again.\r
When I first walked in, the staff was friendly and gushing all over themselves about my ring and all that. Then, pushy saleslady (hereafter PS), took me in the back. I had a picture of a dress I really liked, and she went off to find it. They did not have it. So she gestures to the back room full of dresses in garment bags and tells me, ""Pick something you like."" When I was overwhelmed and hadn't picked anything quickly, she picked some things for me. She then made my mother and bridesmaid wait outside while PS came into the dressing room with me. She wouldn't let me put on or adjust anything myself; she had to do it for me. That would have been awkward enough, especially since the dressing room was about 90 degrees, but then it turned out that she brought dresses in the following sizes: 12, 24, 26. Notice a big leap in size? Yeah. Each dress was either way too huge or small. If I heard that woman say ""Just imagine it"" one more time, I was going to scream. That's not even to mention that the styles of these dresses were NOTHING like the picture I'd brought. PS also got haughty and offended when I didn't think the skirt style she picked was all that great. (She also copped an attitude when she'd heard I went to David's Bridal - where I got EXCELLENT service.) They have you state your price range first, and the dresses she brought were all easily 500-700 dollars more expensive than I was willing to spend.\r
Long story short, these ladies are disorganized and have a major attitude problem. Save yourself the trouble!
Cons: service, selection, temperature in the dressing room, prices
