Incredible can be used to describe something great or in this case something very wrong. This company strives I believe to deliver by what Ed the owners tells you on the phone but the problem is you need to deliver on your words. I have a spa that developed a small leak several months ago. The first company was Spa Medic which is slang for ""I have no idea what I'm doing but I'll take your money and run just the same"" need I say more. Then we search for a reputable company, we hope, that is honest and knows what their doing so in comes Everything Hot Tubz. Ed answers the phone and concurs with me about Spa Medic and convinces me his company is very different. Sold me! Just come on out and fix my leak and I will be in spa heaven once again. That conversation was 5 weeks ago and tonight after yet another promise of we'll be out to fix your tub so you can use your hot tub this weekend because were well aware of the fact you have foot problems and you count on the spa to relieve your discomfort alas just another lie.\r

I'm so disappointed at these con artists that I am typing away at the computer to make you the reader know about this inept and grossly mismanaged company so that you don't make the same mistake I made.\r

I called after the first appointment and talked with Ed because Johnny the tech left my property a total mess. Just as if he didn't care if he was there or not. Insulation spread all over the place, nothing put back together, a cryptic note written and left on the ground for me to fill the hot tub after 6 hours. I kid you not that's all it said. Which I did and two days later the leak is back. So since then it has been missed appointments, didn't have the right parts to fix the spa and will call you, problem is no calls. I hope your getting the picture at this point.\r

Currently as I type the spa is disassembled as it was 8 days ago and I will once again search for a reputible company to do the repair as Everything Hot Tubz is certainly not who they profess to be. They would best be termed ""wanna be a real company and will tell you anything to make you think they really are"".\r

Stay away from this train-wreck of a company or proceed at your own risk.
