Review content:
I was a loyal client for MANY years until my dog was attacked while he was at Puppy's Playpen. Accidents happen, I know, but what transpired next was unacceptable. The situation was handled so poorly by the staff and particularly the owner. My dog ending up requiring more than a dozen stitches! I was told by the staff when I picked him up that his injuries were minor and did not require medical attention. THANK GOD I have fantastic vets who knew better and our dog made a full recovery. The entire situation was traumatic, heartbreaking and beyond disappointing. In my opinion, this business is poorly managed and they need to have stricter policies about aggressive behaviors and learn how to handle difficult situations more professionally. From my perspective, they allow TOO MANY dogs on-site at once to be able to provide the appropriate level of care and supervision. Responsible, loving pet parents beware! There are other options out there. Do your homework to protect your pets.
