Review content:
Our basement flooded during the storm in June, 2010. All Flood agreed to come out the next day around noon to give us an estimate for cleanup. We waited around all day and they never showed up to give us an estimate of the cleanup costs. Instead, a cleanup crew from All Flood arrived at our doorstep around 8:00 p.m. The crew manager indicated that he thought the work would cost between $2,200 and $2,500. Based on that representation, we agreed to have the work done. \r \r About 2 months later, we finally received a bill from All Flood for $4,349.67 (no details; just an amount). When we asked All Flood to explain the charges, they sent us a more detailed bill but refused to explain further.\r \r All Flood padded the bill when they found out the amount of our insurance coverage. Stay away from them. If we could give them 0 stars, we would.
