Took my Sportster to get it's 12,000 mile maintenance done. Had an appointment and everything. Because I had no ride, I had to wait on it. No problem. Took my laptop into their waiting room. Very poor waiting room by the way. Not comfortable. After 4 hours I come back to check on my bike and it was done. Nobody came to get me. They knew I was waiting. I stood at the service desk waiting to be helped. The guys in the shop just kept looking at me. Didn't come over to give me my keys. Finally one of the ""parts"" guys asked me if I was all set. He went and got a tech and they couldn't find my keys!!!! WTF!!! After another 10 minutes they ""found"" them and ""allowed"" me to leave. NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME HERE! They're glad to take your $$$, but then don't CARE about you afterwards. Pros: Loca Harley service Cons: Poor customer service
